* Customer damage, mishandling, misuse, and abuse is not covered by LPE Warranty. We are always happy to assist you in reparing your own product under any condition.
Customer damage is often in the form of water damage caused by direct water and power mishandling. We discourage customers to directly power-wash our units to avoid water accumulating inside the system.
Under your product's 1-Year Limited Warranty, you may contact us to request a repair for your product. Upon receiving the item, we will determine if it qualifies for a repair. Products may qualify for complete replacement.
Our warranty covers you if you received our product damaged during transit or manufacturer defect.

Register your LP Engineering Air Pumper
If you have received your new LP Engineering Air Pumper from a third-party, we strongly encourage you to register your product's Serial Number to activate your 1-Year Warranty. You can find your Serial Number on the back of the product box or on the back of the Air Pumper unit.
If you've purchased our products directly from our website then we have automatically registered your warranty on your purchase date.
